We use only the finest Criollo cocoa beans to create our craft chocolate. The taste of the final product depends on where the beans were ripened. After a lot of research and experimentation, we found the perfect option - this is Criollo from the Patanemo plantation in Venezuela. We roast the beans ourselves using a special technology to give them a light nutty flavor.
The second ingredient is natural cocoa butter. Thanks to him, the chocolate becomes airy and soft, and also acquires a rich aroma. By the way, it is due to cocoa butter that the bar hardens and melts when heated.
An essential ingredient in milk chocolate is, of course, milk. We use whole milk powder to make the tiles tender and healthy. Thanks to a well-thought-out production technology, it retains all the useful properties of a fresh product and its rich taste.
To add sweetness to the chocolate, unrefined cane sugar is used in the recipe. It is sweeter than the usual beet sugar, so you need very little of it. In addition, it contains many vitamins and has a delicate aroma.
And the main ingredient is tahini, a raw sesame paste. It has a slight bitter taste, but in combination with the rest of the ingredients, this bitterness makes the chocolate spicy and emphasizes its delicate, milky notes.
We independently carry out the full production cycle - from roasting raw cocoa beans to packaging each bar. This technology is called bean to bar and provides for careful control of all stages. This approach gives excellent results - high quality, real chocolate with a unique taste. It contains no dyes, flavors, lecithin or preservatives, only natural ingredients, a verified recipe and love for what we do.
