Great in combination with coffee and crunchy baguette, with wine and fruit. Young cheese has a curd middle, a creamy layer, a delicate taste, and a snow-white mold on the outside. Aged cheese has a pronounced rich taste, buttery uniform structure, sometimes sharp and fluid state, mold becomes yellowish and orange veins appear.
The cheese is made according to the recipe of French Camembert, but from goat's milk.
