Product Description

This is a liquid seasoning that is made from naturally fermented berries and fruits. Vinegar is used in the preparation of marinades for home preparations. Fruit vinegar is indispensable in the process of cooking meat and fish, as it promotes their fermentation, softens even tough beef and gives dishes brightness and piquancy.
